Privacy Policy

ThaList is a private, members-only network for licensed automobile dealers. This policy describes what the ThaList mobile app collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account information. Your ThaList member email address and name, used to sign you in and identify your posts and messages to other members. Membership accounts are created and managed at thalist.com — the app does not create accounts.
• Content you submit. Vehicle posts, messages to other members, and photos you choose to attach (from your camera or photo library). Photos are used only for the posts and messages you attach them to.
• Voice input. If you use voice dictation to compose a post, audio is processed to convert your speech to text and is not retained.
• Push notification token. A device token so we can deliver notifications you enable (new posts, messages, offers). You control notification types in the app.
• Sign-in activity. Basic usage records (when your account signs in) for security and support.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use advertising networks or third-party trackers.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Sharing

Your name, dealership, and the content you post are visible to other verified ThaList members — that is the purpose of the network. Service providers used to run the platform (hosting, push notification delivery) process data only on our behalf.

Retention & deletion

Content remains available to the network while your membership is active. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact us at scott@thalist.com or call (407) 257-5854, and we will process the request promptly.
